Application by the respondent Mid-Hudson Family Health Services Institute pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated May 2, 2007, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 31, 2008, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before February 25, 2008.
