Motion by Vishram T. for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 17, 2007, and to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the order dated December 17, 2007, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal or issuance of an order of disposition in the above-entitled proceeding by the Family Court, Queens County, whichever occurs first.
