DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his prior motions (1) to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 7, 2005, and to assign new counsel, and (2) for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief, which were determined by decisions and orders on motion of this court dated May 4, 2007, and October 25, 2007, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
