ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellants on all appeals pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal by the defendants from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 26, 2007, and appeals by the plaintiffs from two orders of the same court both dated June 26, 2007.

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellants' time to perfect their respective appeals is enlarged until March 7, 2008, and joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the plaintiffs shall file their brief in response to the defendants' appeal and the defendants' shall file their brief in response to the plaintiffs' appeals on or before April 14, 2008; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties' reply briefs shall be served and filed on or before April 29, 2008.
