Motion by Ameriquest Mortgage Company to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 31, 2007, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the same court dated October 2, 2007, (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-10736).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal from the order dated July 31, 2007, is held in abeyance pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated October 2, 2007.
