December 7, 2007, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the opposing affirmation of Joshua Feinstein dated December 27, 2007, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted to the extent that appellant shall perfect the appeal from the order entered February 27, 2007 on or before March 10, 2008 and, in the event of failure to so perfect, that appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and the motion is otherwise denied.
