| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated December 17, 2007, inter alia, to stay enforcement of two orders of the Justice Court of the Town of Kent, both dated November 7, 2007, directing the appellant to release certain dogs, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated December 17, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
