| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Troy Rosasco on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 2, 2007, for a preference or to direct an expedited briefing schedule, or, in the alternative, to vacate the automatic stay, which is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference or to direct an expedited brief schedule is granted, the appellants shall perfect the appeal on or before February 28, 2008, and the appeal will be calendared expeditiously; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
