It is Ordered that, pursuant to CPLR § 5704(b), the stay contained in the Civil Court Order to Show Cause, dated January 8, 2008, and returnable on January 17, 2008, is hereby Vacated. The warrant of eviction may be executed forthwith, without any further notice to the respondents. The Court notes that no Notice of Appeal has been filed in this proceeding.
