DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated April 20, 2007, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the record on appeal is stricken on the ground that it contains matter dehors the record; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals will be heard on the original papers (including a certified transcript of the proceedings, if any) and on the appellants' and respondents' briefs.
