DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 16, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-03420), to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court dated February 16, 2007 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2007-02786), and, in effect, for leave to perfect the appeal from the judgment on a supplemental record containing the notice of appeal for the judgment and the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is enlarged until January 29, 2008, and the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental record containing the notice of appeal for the judgment entered March 16, 2007, and the judgment entered March 16, 2007, on or before that date.
