Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Chautauqua County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 5, 2007, for an extension of time to perfect, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of David J. Pajak, Esq., sworn to December 18, 2007, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Andrew W. Goodell, Esq., dated January 4, 2008, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is in all respects granted and appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before March 7, 2008, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the notice of appeal filed June 7, 2007, which references Family Court Docket No. V-701-01/05L, shall be treated as valid as to the order of Family Court entered June 5, 2007, and subsequently corrected by Family Court to reference docket no.
V-00701-01/06R.
