On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 15, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 23, 2007, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 14, 2008", and substituting therefor the date "January 22, 2008".
