| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Sheryl-Anne Sastow for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated October 30, 2007, which determined an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered April 3, 2006, and to enjoin the appellant from terminating the subject child's bus transportation pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
