ORDERED
that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to February 26,
2008, and it is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for
the delay, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for clarification is granted, without costs, to the extent that appellant shall serve one copy of her brief upon respondent and file one signed original and six copies of her brief, and it is further
ORDERED that the
