It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction until after February 14, 2008, at which time, if the appeal has been perfected and the movant is in compliance with the order of this court, she may apply for a continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant may be enforced after said date.
