Separate motions by the appellants to calendar appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated November 7, 2007, together, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to calendar the appeals together are granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals are denied.
