Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 1, 2007, for leave to reargue his motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated December 6, 2007.
