Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, in effect, to direct the respondent to place him on paid administrative leave, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 3, 2007, and for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
