Motion by the defendants for a change of venue of the trial of Queens County Indictment No. 1/07 from the Supreme Court, Queens County, to another venue.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew the application for a change of venue, if necessary, after the completion of voir dire (see People v Boudin, 95 AD2d 463).
