| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants-respondents on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered March 8, 2007, to enlarge the record to include the documents contained in an addenda to the briefs submitted to the Clerk of the court and to accept those briefs as timely filed, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record to include the documents contained in an addenda to the briefs submitted to the Clerk of the court and to accept those briefs as timely filed is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the appellants-respondents to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 25, 2008, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
