Sutton Assoc. v Cho, Maria, et al.
It is Ordered that the motion to vacate the stay is granted. The appellant has failed to comply with the prior orders of this court requiring the prompt perfection of the appeal from an order of the Civil Court, dated February 27, 2007. ( see 22 NYCRR § 640.6 ) Accordingly, the stay of the release of the escrowed funds is vacated. The cross-motion for various relief is denied.
