Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and all proceedings in a proceeding entitled Matter of O'Brady v O'Brady, commenced in the First District Court, Nassau County, under Index No. 6703/07, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 2, 2007.
