On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 9, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, which held in abeyance a motion by the respondent for reinstatement is amended by deleting from the caption the surname "Frlan-Zvoko" and substituting therefor the surname "Frlan-Zovko," and by adding to the end of the last sentence of the first paragraph the words, "under the name Suzana Frlan."
