| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 7, 2005, to substitute Jeanne Trapani and Paula Palma, executors of the estate of John Natale, for the deceased plaintiff John Natale.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and Jeanne Trapani and Paula Palma, executors of the estate of John Natale, are substituted for the deceased plaintiff John Natale. and the caption has been amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 31, 2008, and the record or appendix on appeal and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
