| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Harrison Joseph Edwards III on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 14, 2007, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated November 26, 2007, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order dated November 14, 2007, as directed that the parties have joint custody of the subject children and to direct that he have sole custody of the subject children, and to stay enforcement of the order dated November 26, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that so much of the order dated November 26, 2007, as authorized the Parenting Coordinator to resolve issues between the parties is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal on condition that Harrison Joseph Edwards III perfect his appeals on or before March 17, 2008, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before March 17, 2008, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or Leslie Sage Rothschild or the Law Guardian may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
