Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Timothy S. Davis, dated December 27, 2007, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the letter of Leslie E. Swift, dated December 28, 2007, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 15, 2007 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date December 31, 2007 and inserting in place thereof the date April 28, 2008.
