Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 21, 2007, and November 21, 2007, respectively, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order dated November 21, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order dated November 21, 2007, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
