ORDERED that its order to show cause dated January 30, 2008, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated September 10, 2007, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph the date "January 15, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "February 15, 2008."
