ORDER ON CERTIFICATION

Appeal by Carolyn Patron from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 5, 2007. By certification of Catherine C. DeSanto, dated January 4, 2008, the appellant has made an application for leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal and for the assignment of counsel to prosecute to the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application for leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal and for the assignment of counsel is denied with leave to renew by motion on or before February 21, 2008, upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the appellant's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income and expenses.
