DECISION Motion by landlords-respondents to release funds deposited with the court below is granted and the Department of Finance is directed to pay to Susan Sorid and Jay Sorid the deposited sum of $19,540 plus interest, if any, less lawful fees. Said payment shall be made payable to Susan Sorid and Jay Sorid and mailed to Harvey Sorid, Esq., 358 Rexcorp Plaza, Uniondale, NY 11556.
