| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, entered January 9, 2007, in effect, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this court dated December 4, 2007, which, inter alia, directed the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record containing the transcript of the proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 21, 2008, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the transcript of the proceedings; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before March 24, 2008, the respondents, if they be so advised, may serve and file a replacement brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before April 3, 2008, the appellant, if she be so advised and if the respondents serve and file a replacement brief, may serve and file a replacement reply brief.
