Respondents-appellants having moved for extensions of time to file and serve their briefs and perfect the cross appeals taken from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on January 10, 2006,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Nicole Schreib Mayer sworn to
January 18, 2008, the affidavit of Timothy S. Brennan sworn to January 24, 2008, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions be, and the same hereby are, granted and respondents-appellants shall perfect the cross appeals by filing and serving their briefs on or before February 25, 2008 and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the cross appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before March 11, 2008.
