Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 12, 2007, inter alia, to enjoin Alison Guthrie F. from exercising powers as a special guardian and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
