Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue her motion to stay her eviction from the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 26, 2007, and to stay a trial in a proceeding entitled Matter of Farnham v Pagon, pending in the District Court of Nassau County, under Index No. 5781/07.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
