| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent Occupational and Sports Medicine, of Brookhaven, P.C., on appeals and a cross appeal from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 16, 2006, to enlarge the time to perfect its appeal. Application by the appellant-respondent Edward A. Beller to enlarge the time to perfect his appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until April 7, 2008, and the joint record or appendix on appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellants-respondents' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-appellant shall serve and file her answering brief, including her points of argument on the cross appeal, in accordance with the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
