| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 20, 2006, March 2, 2007, and May 30, 2007, respectively, to modify so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated July 26, 2007, as directs her to pay rent in the sum of $1,800 per month as a condition of a stay of enforcement the order dated May 30, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and so much of the order as directs the appellant to pay rent in the sum of $1,800 per month is modified by terminating the appellant's obligation to pay rent effective January 31, 2008.
