DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 4, 2008, to stay a hearing on the issue of temporary and permanent custody of the subject child pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant to stay the continuation of a hearing on the issue of visitation and to disqualify the Family Court judge presiding over the proceeding in the Family Court, Suffolk County.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
