| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered November 18, 2004, to include the typewritten transcripts of the depositions of William Florence on August 21, 2001, and April 25, 2003, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before March 3, 2008, the appellant shall file copies of the transcripts of the depositions of William Florence on August 21, 2001, and April 25, 2003, in the office of the Clerk of the court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 12, 2008, and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
