Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 12, 2007, for leave to reargue its motion to stay all proceedings in an action entitled FAS Main Street, FLP v Yat Chau (USA), Inc., pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, under Index No. 80188/07, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated January 9, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
