Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 16, 2005, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's supplemental brief raising the issues set forth in the appellant's motion papers shall be served and filed on or before March 14, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief in response to the supplemental brief on or before April 28, 2008.
