| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 3, 2006, in effect, to be furnished with a copy of the typewritten transcript of the voir dire proceedings which occurred on June 2, 2005, and June 7, 2005, and an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 3, 2006, determining his motion pursuant to CPL 330.30 to aid in preparation of his supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with a copy of the typewritten transcript of the grand jury minutes to aid in preparation of his supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file his supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, the papers filed in opposition to the motion to be furnished with a copy of the typewritten transcript of the grand jury minutes, and the papers filed in relation to the other motions, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with a copy of the typewritten transcript of the voir dire proceedings, which occurred on June 2, 2005, and June 7, 2005, is denied as unnecessary as those transcripts have been provided to the appellant; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with a copy of the order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 3, 2006, determining his motion pursuant to CPL 330.30 is granted, and the Clerk of this court, or his designee, shall furnish a copy of said order to the appellant; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to be furnished with a copy of the typewritten transcript of the grand jury minutes is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental pro se brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before April 14, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
