Appeal by Sonia C. from four orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 19, 2007, October 18, 2007, October 30, 2007, and November 15, 2007, respectively.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated September 19, 2007, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as the order is not appealable by right and we decline to grant leave to appeal (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated October 18, 2007, October 30, 2007, and November 15, 2007, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as those orders are not appealable by right or by permission (see CPLR 5701; 5704).
