| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney assigned to represent the respondent in the Family Court, Dutchess County, to be relieved and for the assignment of counsel to defend appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 29, 2007, and May 23, 2007, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which seeks assignment of new counsel to represent the respondent on the appeals is denied with leave to the respondent to renew, on or before March 7, 2008, upon the submission of proper papers establishing that she is entitled to such relief and her affidavit setting forth her full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income, and a statement explaining disposition of the proceeds of the sale of any real property; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve counsel is held in abeyance in the interim; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the respondent, the parties' attorneys, and the Law Guardian by regular mail.
