DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 14, 2007, and June 29, 2007, respectively. Cross motion by the nonparty-respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that the appellant does not have standing to prosecute the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
