DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County, rendered January 5, 2005, and for leave to file exhibits to the supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the supplemental brief submitted to the Clerk of the court is accepted for filing; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file exhibits to the supplemental brief is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a response to the supplemental brief is enlarged until April 14, 2008, and the respondent's supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
