Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 10, 2004, for leave to withdraw the brief previously filed and file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the brief filed with the Clerk of the court on May 31, 2007, is stricken, and on or before March 20, 2008, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief.
