It is Ordered that the motion to dismiss is granted unless the appeal from the April 30, 2007 order of the Civil Court is perfected by the May 2008 term. The filing deadline is March 12, 2008. In the event the appellants fail to comply with the foregoing condition, the petitioner-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeal, pursuant to 22 NYCRR § 640.6.
