Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all adoption proceedings concerning the subject child pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 10, 2008.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the which is motion to stay all adoption proceedings is denied as academic in light of the letter of the Suffolk County Department of Law dated February 7, 2008; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
