Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 22, 2008, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to waive the filing fee for the making of this motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the filing fee for the making of the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
